Write to us first and we will do our best to put things right. We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme. EU consumers may use a certified ADR body in their own country, and UK consumers may use an ADR provider approved for the relevant sector. The European Online Dispute Resolution platform closed in July 2025.
