The short version
We collect the minimum needed to sell you a workspace and send you the newsletter you asked for. We don't sell your data, we don't run third-party ad trackers, and workspaces run entirely on your machine — we never see what's inside your folders.
What we collect
When you buy a workspace: your email address and the payment details processed by our payment provider (we never store card numbers ourselves).
When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address.
Basic, aggregate site analytics (pages visited, referrers) without cross-site tracking.
What we never collect
The contents of your workspaces. A ContextOS workspace is a folder on your computer. It doesn't phone home, contains no telemetry, and works offline. What you and your AI tools do inside it stays with you.
How we use your data
To deliver purchases, provide support, and send the weekly newsletter if you opted in. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe. We share data only with the processors required to operate (payments, email delivery), each bound by their own data-protection terms.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email us and we'll handle it within 30 days. If you're in the EU/UK, GDPR rights apply in full.
