What you're buying
A ContextOS workspace is a downloadable folder system: structure, Markdown documents, prompt libraries and AI instruction files. You receive it as a one-time digital download for the listed one-time price. No subscription, no seat licences.
Your licence
Each purchase grants you a personal licence: use the workspace on any number of your own machines and projects, modify it however you like, and keep everything you build inside it — your content is yours, full stop.
What the licence doesn't cover: reselling or redistributing the workspace itself (original or lightly modified) as a product. Build on it, don't re-ship it.
AI tools are yours to bring
Workspaces are designed for use with Claude, Cursor, VS Code, ChatGPT, Gemini and similar tools, but those tools are separate products with their own terms and costs. We're not affiliated with their vendors and can't guarantee their behaviour — the workspace supplies the context, the tool supplies the intelligence.
Refunds
If a workspace doesn't work as described, contact us and we'll sort it out — fix, replacement or refund. We'd rather you get value than have a receipt.
No warranties on outcomes
We warrant the files are as described; we can't warrant what an AI model does with them. Output quality depends on your tools, your content and your judgement. Nothing in a workspace is professional (legal, financial, medical) advice.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves (accounts and checkout will bring additions). Material changes will be dated here; continued use after a change means acceptance. These terms will be finalised with counsel before commerce goes live.
