1. What you’re buying
Each product is a downloadable digital folder of Markdown files, templates, prompts and instructions. Nothing physical is shipped. We sell one-time purchases only: you get the version available when you buy it and you keep it permanently.
These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase on lazy-flow.com and work together with the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy and the Product Licence Terms.
2. Prices and tax
Prices are shown in US dollars. For customers in the UK and EU, the price shown is the total price including any VAT. The price you see before you pay is the price you pay, and a later price change does not affect a purchase you have already made.
3. Ordering and payment
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Directly before you pay, we show you the product, its main characteristics and the total price including tax. The payment button states the amount you will be charged, for example “Pay $39”.
Before you pay, you will be asked to tick separate boxes. The first confirms that you agree to the Terms of Service, these Terms of Sale, the Refund Policy and the Product Licence Terms, and that you are at least 18 or have a parent or guardian’s permission. The second is the immediate-delivery consent described in section 5. A third, optional box, if shown, is for marketing email and never has to be ticked to buy.
By ordering, you confirm the details you give are accurate and that you are allowed to use the payment method.
4. Confirmation of your order
When you buy, we email you a confirmation. It contains the order details, the information we gave you before you ordered, a link to the exact version of these terms you accepted, and a record of the consent and acknowledgment you gave in section 5. Please keep it: it is your durable record of the contract.
5. Your right to cancel, and why it is waived
Consumers in the UK and EU normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason. That right does not apply to digital content once it has started to be supplied, if you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel as a result (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Sch. 2; EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)).
Because our products are delivered immediately, we ask for that consent and acknowledgment in a separate box at checkout, before payment. We then confirm it in your order confirmation email, so you have a durable record of it. Once you have given it and the download has started, you do not have the statutory 14-day right to cancel. Your rights if the product is faulty or not as described are not affected: see our Refund Policy and section 7 of the Terms of Service.
6. Delivery
Delivery is by a download link, shown on screen and sent to the email address you give at checkout. Our delivery system records when the link was sent and when it was used, and we may use those records to confirm that a delivery took place.
7. Refunds
Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. In short: because the product is delivered immediately, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. We will always put right a failed or faulty delivery, and nothing in that policy affects your statutory rights.
8. Your licence
A purchase gives you a licence to use the product under the Product Licence Terms. It is a personal licence for one person and does not permit resale or sharing.
9. Promotions
If we announce a price reduction, the reference price we compare against is the lowest price we charged for that product in the 30 days before the reduction. Other promotion terms are shown when the promotion is offered.
