1. Licence grant
When you buy a workspace and pay the price, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. The licence is for one individual person.
These terms apply to every Lazy Flow product and work with the Terms of Service and Terms of Sale.
2. What you may do
Use the files as intended, inside the AI tools you choose, such as Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT, for your own studies, company or projects. Using the files as context, instructions or input in a third-party AI tool in the ordinary course of using the product is permitted, including where that tool’s own terms allow it to use your inputs. You are responsible for your chosen tool’s terms.
Modify your own copy for your own use, and keep using the version you bought for as long as you like.
3. What you may not do
Without our written permission, you may not: resell, rent, lease or sublicense the product or any part of it; make the files available to any person who does not hold their own licence, including by posting them publicly or on file-sharing sites, template marketplaces or code repositories; use the content as training data to create or improve a model offered to others; extract or compile it into a dataset or corpus for distribution; build a product substantially derived from it; remove copyright or licence notices from the files; or claim you wrote the product.
4. What you create is yours
You own everything you create using the product: your documents, code, research and business content. We claim no rights in your output. Our ownership covers only the product files themselves and any part of them you reproduce.
5. Teams and organisations
A single licence does not cover several people. If a company, team or organisation wants access for more than one person, contact illia@lazy-flow.com and we will agree a separate licence.
6. Ownership
We keep all ownership and intellectual property rights in the product files. This licence lets you use them on these terms; it does not transfer ownership.
7. Versions
A purchase gives you the version that existed when you bought it, permanently. It does not include later versions unless we say otherwise when we release them.
8. Order reference in the files
Delivered files may carry an opaque order reference, a code that does not contain your name or email address, so that we can identify unauthorised copies. The licence file is shipped inside every product.
9. Breach and ending the licence
If you breach this licence, we will tell you in writing what the breach is. Where it can be put right, you have 14 days to do so before we end the licence. We may end the licence immediately, without that period, for resale or for redistribution of the files to others. Ending the licence does not limit our other remedies.
10. Your statutory rights
Nothing here affects your rights as a consumer if the product is faulty or not as described. See section 7 of the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.
